I pray that this email finds you well! I want to share with you some updates from the Church Council, along with opportunities for you to serve:

• Special Music- We are currently seeking out soloists and guest worship leaders for our church for the summer months. We are also interested in alternative forms of worship (e.g. sacred dance). If you are interested or know of individuals who may be interested, please fill out/share this form: https://bit.ly/BGCCSummerMusic.
• Back to Church (BTC) Sunday, September 18, 2022. National Back to Church Sunday started as a call to action and invitation – action for the church, invitation for the world. A single-day event focused on extending the invitation of love, peace, and hope to our friends and neighbors. The Church Council has established an Ad-Hoc Committee to plan our BTC service and outreach efforts, which will be co-chaired by Tonya Allen and Fran Diachenko. We are looking for two or three individuals to serve on this planning committee. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please click here. Please let us know by 6/1/2022.
• Faith in Action Sunday, October16, 2022. The church will be hosting a Faith in Action (FIA) Day, where regular services are canceled, and the entire congregation engages in service projects in and with the community. The Church Council has established an Ad-Hoc Committee to plan our FIA day, which will be co-chaired by Nick Dobrowolski and Judy Wastell. Lastly, please note that we will have our Bi-Annual Church Meeting via ZOOM/Phone on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
